Space for the changes and pressures you are carrying
Work, relationships, caring responsibilities and changes in health or identity can place demands on emotional wellbeing. Psychological support offers time to make sense of what is happening, consider your needs and explore ways of responding that fit your life.
Who might find this support helpful?
You may be experiencing anxiety, burnout, changes in confidence or the emotional impact of a life transition. Sessions may also explore the concerns described above around perinatal changes, perimenopause and menopause. People have different experiences at each stage, and your circumstances guide the conversation.
Some concerns can overlap with ADHD and neurodivergence or the effects of past difficult experiences. We take time to understand these connections without assuming a single explanation.
What to expect from sessions
We begin with your priorities: what has been happening, how it is affecting you and what you would like support with. Therapy may include understanding emotional patterns, noticing unhelpful self-expectations, practising boundaries and developing ways to manage stress.
We decide the focus together and review it as your needs change. Psychological support can sit alongside medical care. If mood, sleep or energy changes may have a physical or hormonal component, discussing them with your GP can help you consider the available care options.
